Egg is an unavoidable ingredient in Baking. Egg is used as a binding agent, for texture, for fluffiness etc.
Always my PURE Veggie friends keep asking me for Egg alternatives for my recipes. At last, I found a good source. Hope this would be helpful. However, I didn’t try yet. Please do let me know, your feedback.
