Blackberry Yogurt Ice cream



 

Since, the mercury is rising day by day I want to give some break to my Oven !! It also increases my kitchen temperature to the considerable level. So better let it be in rest.


What else to cool………Yogurt (curd) and Fruits are the best choice for this summer. Instead of having just a plain yogurt, I thought to make something cool…...Ice Cream.


Ingredient  : 1 cup of milk       ;       1cup of yogurt       ;          1 cup cream       ;        1 cup of blackberry     ;      1/4 cup of sugar

Whip the cream with 1 tsp of sugar till soft peaks formed. In a separate bowl blend milk and yogurt. 



In mixer add blackberry, sugar and blend well. Add the blackberry mixture to the yogurt mixture and combine well. 

Add the blackberry and yogurt mixture to the whipped cream slowly till it fully cooperated. That’s it. Transfer to the freezer for about 7 - 8 hours and enjoy the creamy soft Blackberry Yogurt ice cream.
